Urdu Classes

Please specify students’ availability on weekdays and weekends. An interview will determine which class is best for the student.  Once a student is registered is received, you will be notified of the class schedule.

Extended Learning and Differentiation:

Teachers will provide live instruction during class time and assign interactive review and enrichment activities. Supplemental learning material is also provided to the students for additional asynchronous learning on their own time. A culmination of all these activities will build up to a final project.

Learners in higher-level classes will have additional vocabulary, worksheets, and more detailed assignments to complete during asynchronous sessions.

Urdu 100: Elementary Urdu

Students will learn to read, write, speak and understand Urdu in an engaging and interactive environment. The main focus will be to master the letters and build vocabulary.  Students will also be assigned tasks to practice their Urdu skills outside of class time. Small class sizes ensure that instruction is differentiated to meet each learner's needs.
